1. How long does shipping take?



All Luxe orders take 5–7 business days to process and ship. Don’t worry, Doll — luxury is always worth the wait! You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your hair is on the way.



2. Do you offer express shipping?



Right now we only offer standard shipping (5–7 business days). Luxe Express may be coming soon 👀 — stay tuned, Doll!



3. How do I track my order?



As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. From there, you can watch your Luxe package make its way right to your door.



4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?



Because of the nature of our products (and for hygiene reasons), all sales are final. Please double-check your order before checkout, Doll. 💜



5. What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?



We got you! If something isn’t right, reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order at londonluxehair.coo@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Our team will take care of you.



6. How do I know which lengths to buy?



Lengths are measured stretched, not in their natural curl or wave pattern. For a full Luxe look:


  • Shorter lengths (18–22”) → 3 bundles recommended
  • Longer lengths (24” and up) → 4 bundles recommended




7. How long does the hair last?



With proper care, your Luxe bundles can last 1–2 years (yes, years!). Treat your hair with love and it’ll love you back.



8. How should I care for my bundles?



  • Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner
  • Let your hair air-dry when possible
  • Minimize heat to protect your Luxe strands
  • Wrap it up at night to keep tangles away




9. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?



Yes, Doll! Our hair is 100% raw human hair, which means it can be dyed, bleached, or toned just like your natural hair. For best results, we recommend letting a professional stylist handle your coloring.
