Exchanges are only permitted if an error occurred on the part of the manufacturer or LONDONLUXEHAIRCO. To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must remain in their original condition (not worn, washed, combed out, or altered in any way).
• Photo evidence of the issue must be emailed to londonluxehair.coo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
